Vonciel Gaines is a Licensed Agent of the State of Illinois.  She’s licensed to sell life insurances and annuities products. She is licensed in hospitalization, disability, life auto, homeowners and annuities.

She’s a graduate of University of Illinois College. Her most prized inspiration is guiding her clients from a starting position, taking an inventory of their funds, to creating a personalized plan to help them manage their budget and achieve short and long-term financial goals. She guides her clients to a position of security and growth with investing their monies or funds.
